🍎 Apple Pie Porridge

Start your morning with a bowl that feels like dessert. With spiced apples, creamy oats, and a touch of maple, this one’s basically a hug in a bowl.

The kind of pudding that makes it’s own sauce while baking is pure magic (and pretty convenient too!). Best served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or chantilly cream….and zero regrets.

Crispy, flaky pastry and a filling that actually tastes like meat. These always disappear fast, so don’t be afraid to double the recipe!  And yes, they freeze beautifully.

  • Pizza Pinwheels:  Great for lunchboxes and snacky teens.

  • No-Chill Choc Chip Cookies: I always keep a stash of these cookie dough balls in the freezer!  Simply bake from frozen, whenever you feel a cookie craving coming on.
