The Best Rocky Road
This has quite simply got to be the best Rocky Road recipe going around!  It's a super quick and easy no-bake chocolate slice and  it's completely adaptable -just add whatever mix-ins you like!

- 720 g Cadbury milk chocolate, chopped 2 x XL blocks
 - 190 g Allens Ripe Raspberries, chopped 1 x packet
 - 280 g Pascall Marshmallows, cut in half 1 x family packet
 - 150 g Turkish Delight, chopped
 - 100 g Pistachios, chopped
 - 40 g Shredded coconut
 
 
Line a 28cm x 18cm slice tin with baking paper and set aside
Place all of the mix-ins (not the chocolate) into a bowl
Place the chocolate into a large bowl and set over a saucepan of gently simmering water.
Stir the chocolate gently until it's completely melted
Immediately fold through the mix-ins, then pour mixture into the prepared tin.  use a rubber spatula to scrape out all of the chocolate from the bowl, then push down to press everything together.
Refrigerate for an hour, then cut into portions
