White Chocolate Valentine's Tarts
An easy, but oh-so-impressive no-bake tart; a perfectly romantic dessert for Valentine's Day

- 165 g White chocolate Tim Tams 1 packet
- 180 g White chocolate, chopped Family-sized block
- 30 g Butter, melted
- ½ cup Cream
- 3 drops Pink food colouring
- 3 tsp Raspberry jam
- Freeze dried raspberries, rose petals, fresh raspberries to decorate
Tart Shells
In a food processor, process Tim Tams to a fine crumb
Add the melted butter and mix to combine
Lightly spray 3 (depending on size of your moulds) 10cm loose-bottomed tart moulds with cooking spray
Press the crumbs into the base and sides of the mould, creating an even tart shell
Refrigerate for 15 mins
Once set, spread each tart shell with a teaspoon of raspberry jam
White Chocolate Ganache
Place the chopped chocolate and cream into a microwave safe bowl
Heat on high for 1 minute, then stir
Continue to heat at 30 second intervals, until chocolate is melted. Be careful not to overheat and seize the chocolate
Add a few drops of pink food colouring and stir, until you reach your desired shade of pink
Pour into the tart shells and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Once set, decorate with your chosen toppings (rose petals, fresh and freeze-dried raspberries)
