Quick and Easy Chocolate Icing (Glaze)
A simple and delicious Chocolate Icing that can be whipped up in minutes and that never fails. Made with just 5 simple ingredients and no fancy equipment.
Servings: 1 cup
Ingredients
- 150 g pure icing sugar powdered sugar
- 30 g cocoa Dutch process
- 20 g unsalted butter
- 1-2 tbsp whole milk
- 1 tsp vanilla optional
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a heatproof bowl (preferably glass bowl)
- Place the mixing bowl on top of a small saucepan of simmering water
- Use a hand whisk to stir the ingredients as the heat melts the butter and dissolves the sugar
