Overnight Oats
A make-ahead, healthy breakfast that's super delicious and vegan friendly

- 90 g oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 300 g coconut yogurt I use vanilla coconut yogurt
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ⅔ cup almond milk I use Milk Lab
In a 1 litre container (with lid) combine all ingredients
Cover with lid and refrigerate overnight (that's why they're called overnight oats!)
In the morning, scoop out desired amount and serve with fresh fruit, nut butters, coconut flakes, cacoa nibs....anything that takes your fancy!
Can be served as a breakfast bowl, or layered in a jar for a breakfast parfait
