Overnight Oats

A make-ahead, healthy breakfast that's super delicious and vegan friendly

Ingredients

  • 90 g oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 300 g coconut yogurt I use vanilla coconut yogurt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • cup almond milk I use Milk Lab

Instructions

  • In a 1 litre container (with lid) combine all ingredients
  • Cover with lid and refrigerate overnight (that's why they're called overnight oats!)
  • In the morning, scoop out desired amount and serve with fresh fruit, nut butters, coconut flakes, cacoa nibs....anything that takes your fancy!
  • Can be served as a breakfast bowl, or layered in a jar for a breakfast parfait
