Gin Gin Mule
A classic, refreshing and slightly spicy gin cocktail
Servings: 1
- 1 sprig mint or 6-8 leaves
- 20 ml fresh lime juice
- 30 ml sugar syrup
- 45 ml dry gin
- 150 ml ginger beer (approx)
- 3 mint leaves to garnish
- lime slices to garnish
in a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint sprig and lime juice
add the gin and sugar syrup, then add ice blocks to halfway of the shaker
add extra ice cubes, mint leaves and lime slices to a highball glass
strain mixture into the glass, then top with ginger beer
garnish with a lime slice
