Candied Nuts
Deliciously sweet and crunchy, candied nuts are perfect for sprinkling over pancakes, porridge, cakes and more. And I'm going to show you how to make them quickly and easily, in under 10 minutes!

Servings: 1 cup
- 1 cup walnuts or pecans
- ¼ cup white sugar
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
In a medium saucepan, add all ingredients
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly for 5-7 minutes
Once sugar has dissolved and turned golden, tip out onto a lined tray
Use 2 forks to separate the nuts
Allow to cool, then store in an airtight container until needed
