A summer take on the classic Cosmopolitan cocktail, this Cosmo Spritz is light and bubbly....and perfect for summer sipping!

Cosmopolitan Spritz Cocktail

The ever-popular Cosmopolitan cocktail has had a summer makeover.  This Cosmo Spritz still uses the classic cosmopolitan recipe, but I’ve made it lighter with added Prosecco and Soda water for maximum fizz and freshness.  Add this sparkling Cosmo to your summer cocktail list -it’s light and refreshing, without the heavier cocktail base, and it’s simply delicious!
